Do you offer hourly billing or prepaid packages?
Yes! You can pay hourly or save more with our Prepaid Packages, which give you discounted bulk hours valid for 12 months.
Which areas do you serve?
We currently serve Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. If you’re outside these states, reach out— we may still be able to help.

Do you provide medical or healthcare services?
No, Go Senior Sidekick does not provide medical, nursing, or healthcare services. We focus on non-medical errands, companionship, and everyday support. For healthcare needs, please contact a licensed provider.
How does transportation work for errands?
Transportation is included. Each booking covers up to 30 miles round-trip. Additional miles are billed at $0.75 per mile.
